Funded by the Innovation Fund, the Programme will select eight innovative young people to work at a UNFPA Headquarters for a period of three months. Six out of the eight fellows will then be placed at their respective Regional /Country Offices for a period of nine months in a capacity most relevant to their experience, and two fellows will continue their fellowship in a management development role in HQ.
